I hold a Graduate Diploma in Applied Positive Psychology — the science of wellbeing — and spent years working as a Wellbeing Coach for a global organisation specialising in evidence‑based behaviour change. My approach is grounded, culturally aware, and psychologically informed. No quick fixes. No judgement. Just thoughtful reflection and practical steps that help you feel more like yourself again.
