1. About These Terms

By accessing or using psychOH's website, booking a coaching session, joining the book club, or participating in any psychOH program or service, you agree to these Terms of Service. Please read them carefully before booking.

2. About psychOH

psychOH is a coaching practice operated by Shirley-Moana Duff (ABN: 53 830 677 937), trading as ShirleyMoana, based in Sydney, NSW, Australia.

psychOH offers:

  • Individual coaching sessions (career, divorce, wellbeing)

  • Group book club sessions

  • Workshops and programs (online and in person) 

All services are delivered online via Zoom unless otherwise stated.


3. Coaching is Not Therapy

This is important. Please read it.

Coaching is not therapy, counselling, psychology, or any form of clinical treatment. Shirley-Moana Duff is not a registered psychologist or mental health professional.

Coaching focuses on clarity, decision-making, behaviour change, and forward movement. It is not a substitute for professional mental health support, medical advice, or legal advice.

By booking a session with psychOH, you acknowledge and accept that coaching is distinct from therapy and clinical treatment.

4. Bookings & Payments

Booking: All sessions are booked through Calendly at calendly.com/psychoh. By completing a booking you are agreeing to these Terms of Service.

Payment: Payment is processed securely through Stripe. psychOH does not store your payment details. By making a payment you also agree to Stripe's Terms of Service (stripe.com/au/legal).

Session fees:

  • Individual coaching sessions: $185 AUD per 50-minute session

  • Book club: $10 AUD per session

  • Other programs and workshops: as advertised at time of booking

All prices are in Australian Dollars (AUD). International clients will be charged the AUD equivalent in their local currency at the prevailing exchange rate, handled by Stripe.

5. Cancellations & Refunds

Life happens. Here's how it works:

  • More than 72 hours notice — full refund

  • 48–72 hours notice — session credit to reschedule

  • Less than 24 hours notice — no refund

If something genuinely unexpected occurs, please reach out directly at shirley@psychoh.com.au and we'll sort it out like humans. 💀

psychOH reserves the right to cancel or reschedule sessions due to illness or unforeseen circumstances. In this case, a full refund or reschedule will be offered.

Book club sessions are non-refundable once the session has commenced.

6. Confidentiality

What you share in coaching sessions stays in the room, with the following exceptions:

  • If there is risk of harm to yourself or others

  • If disclosure is required by law

  • If you provide written consent to share information

7. Your Responsibilities

By booking with psychOH, you agree to:

  • Show up on time for scheduled sessions

  • Engage honestly and openly in the coaching process

  • Take responsibility for your own decisions and actions

  • Notify us as soon as possible if you need to cancel or reschedule

  • Treat Shirley-Moana and other participants (in group settings) with respect


8. Intellectual Property

All content on the psychOH website, including text, images, logos, programs, and materials, is the intellectual property of ShirleyMoana (ABN: 53 830 677 937) and is protected by Australian copyright law. You may not reproduce, distribute, or use psychOH content without written permission.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by Australian law, psychOH and Shirley-Moana Duff are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific session or service giving rise to the claim.

Nothing in these terms excludes any rights you have under the Australian Consumer Law.

10. Third Party Services

psychOH uses the following third party platforms:

By using psychOH's services you acknowledge that these platforms have their own terms and privacy policies which apply to your use of them.

11. Governing Law

These Terms of Service are governed by the laws of New South Wales, Australia. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of New South Wales.

12. Changes to These Terms

psychOH reserves the right to update these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated date. Continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.
